This agreement between the Putnam County Basketball Officials Association (IAABO Board 161) and Westchester County Basketball Officials Association (IAABO Board 52) shall supersede the agreement that the two boards entered into with each other on March 9, 1993. This agreement shall remain in effect for as long as the two boards exist or until such time that the two boards mutually agree to amend.

1. The two boards shall share territory (schools) on an equal basis for the purpose of assignments made by the BOCES Department of Interscholastic Athletics or any subsequent or additional Section One assigning agent.
2. The boards shall place all officials from both associations onto one common roster for the purpose of regular season, post season, and any tournament assignment.
3. If a vote that is put to the general membership affects the members of both boards, each active member of each board shall have an equal vote.
4. The two boards shall have equal representation on the Ratings Committee. For the purpose of ratings, rankings, and annual classification determination a single roster comprised of all members of both boards shall be used.
5. Each board shall have equal opportunity to be a party to any official discussions, business, agreements, or policy making between the BOCES Director of Interscholastic Athletics (or a representative thereof), or the Chairman of the Section One Boys Basketball Committee (or a representative thereof).
